The above criteria describes exactly what we look for in each brand and model and we source them from all over the world. All of our products must be tough and reliable in order to perform to the high standards required by many commercial and military organisations.
We offer additional local warranty terms over and above the limits of our suppliers. Most watch manufacturers give a 1-2 year warranty of which in the event of a problem the item often has to be returned to the manufacturer overseas often involving long delays. Since our items are designed for the professional market, we supply this warranty at a local level to keep unexpected repair times to a minimum. If it can't be repaired within a reasonable time-frame we will replace it with the same or similar model of similar value. This gives you peace of mind when purchasing from a local supplier knowing there is support within the same country. Please read the Terms page for further information.
