1 Definitions
In this agreement:
“Carrier” means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you, whether all or part of the distance.
“Consumer” means any natural person who, in connection with this agreement, is acting for purposes which are outside his business.

2 Our contract with you

2.8 If we owe you money on account of your cancellation, we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation of your order.

3.1 You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods.
3.2 If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password (if applicable) and for preventing any unauthorised person from using your computer.

4 Price and Payment
4.1 We endeavour to keep our website and catalogue prices updated and accurate but it is possible that the price may have increased from that published. If that happens, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.
4.2 Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than Australian Dollars will be borne by you.
4.3 Any information given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
4.4 Prices include Australian good and service tax where stated.
5 Delivery
5.1 Deliveries will be made by Australia Post by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery or that the place of leaving the postal delivery item is secure. If you do not approve of our delivery methods please contact us by email to seek an alternative and we will be happy to assist. Any difference in pricing will be notified to you and added or subtracted in relation to your order.
5.2 It may not always be possible to keep all items in stock at all times. If the goods in question are not able to be supplied by ourselves within 20 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and give you further options including cancelling your order with a full refund.
5.3 We may deliver the Goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

6 Cancellation of order
6.1 You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch your order up until the day of dispatch. This must be done by email to us, clearly stating your intentions including all contact details and invoice reference numbers.

6.3 If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods, please use the Returns policy to obtain a refund.
6.4 If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the Goods, you must use the Returns policy procedure and return the goods to us within the timeframe specified under the Returns policy, in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, are worn or have been damaged.
6.5 You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
6.6 To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to include all invoice information and your contact details.
6.7 If you fail to return the goods within the timeframe specified under the Returns policy page, we are entitled to cancel the action and not refund your money.
6.8 All refund monies owing, where approved by Just Pilot Watches, will be paid by cheque or transferred directly to your bank account within 30 days. We prefer to refund monies by direct deposit, we can not guarantee lost or stolen cheques. You must supply us with all details relating to your preferred method of refund.
6.9 This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.
7 Foreign taxes, duties and import/export restrictions

Warranty
The total warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of purchase as indicated on the customer invoice and in accordance with the following: -
Just Pilot Watches warrants and guarantees that within the first 12 months it will repair or replace an item if found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. In the case of replacement, Just Pilot Watches limits this service to one item per customer within the first 12 months warranty period. In the case of repair, Just Pilot Watches will take all reasonable steps to have the item repaired as quickly as possible within
Since the total warranty period is 24 months, the second year warranty will involve all guarantees and responsibilities of the original manufacturer of the item in conjunction with Just Pilot Watches. Repairs within this time will be carried out at the discretion of Just Pilot Watches and the original item manufacturer and may involve work to be performed outside of
We deal with many international watch suppliers and can not guarantee the continuance or solvency of any manufacturing company involved in this process. In the event that items are not longer in production and parts are unavailable, a suitable resolution must be found to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and Just Pilot Watches.
Any freight charges to and from the place of manufacture will be at the customer’s discretion and expense.
Just Pilot Watches can not be held liable for any loss or theft of goods in transit, or loss of profit, or damage arising or any such result or action tangible or otherwise.
Returning Goods
In the interests of customer satisfaction and to maintain quality control Just Pilot Watches offers a 14 day money-back guarantee. This 14 day period starts from the date of dispatch from the Just Pilot Watches warehouse. Customers wishing to act upon this offer may do so in the following manner: -
Retain the goods in as-new condition along with ALL original packaging, manuals, copy of invoice, accessories and repackage the item in as-new condition ready for shipping by registered mail.
Contact Just Pilot Watches by FAX or Email within the 14 day period stating they wish to return the goods and quote the invoice number.
Wait till they receive a Return Authority Code from Just Pilot Watches by FAX or return Email, which must be included in a letter with the goods.
Provide a return address for Just Pilot Watches to mail a cheque to the value of the goods purchased.
Just Pilot Watches can not be held liable for any loss or theft of goods in transit, or loss of profit, or damage arising or any such result or action tangible or otherwise and customers take up this offer solely at their own risk. Just Pilot Watches may, at their discretion, refuse or reject any such return claim if it is found that the returned goods are no longer in “as-new” condition – that being, the exact condition they received the goods in and/or the exact new condition as the item was received by Just Pilot Watches from the manufacturer; or the customer can not verify the purchase of the item. If a claim is rejected by Just Pilot Watches, the item will be returned to the customer in the condition as it was received. 14 day return policy limited in one purchase period per customer only.

The justpilotwatches.com.au online store accepts online real-time payment via all major credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (cash on delivery). Order Cancellations
Just Pilot Watches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and refund any or all monies paid when:-
(a) Products are unavailable for any reason and a suitable alternative can not be found and/or agreed upon by the prospective purchaser when notified by Just Pilot Watches; or if in the circumstance that despite all reasonable efforts Just Pilot Watches can not get in contact with the prospective purchaser.
(b) An order placed through this site has not been received by Just Pilot Watches for any reason;
(c) Full payment for the order has not been received by Just Watches from the customer;
(d) An order received that may or is involved in any fraudulent activity - any such involvement detected, Just Pilot Watches will be obliged to forward on any information to the fraud prevention merchant services which may also involve police investigation.

Water Resistance Definitions
All watches listed on this web site may or may not offer a water resistant rating. Below are some useful and approximate definitions of ATM ratings (Earths Atmosphere =1) : -
20 ATM - Suitable for light skin-diving or snorkeling
10 ATM - Suitable for light swimming or low depth immersion only.
5 ATM - Water resistant only, EG: rinsing under a tap at very low pressure
Leather straps are not water suitable and may perish with repeated exposure to water.
NB: - Rinsing a watch under a tap at HIGH pressure can often simulate an ATM rating many times higher than the watch is rated for. Similar with subjecting the watch to extreme activity in water, even at low depths such as various water sports. When in doubt either choose a watch with the highest rating, or simply remove your watch before engaging in any water-based activity.
